Kat is a retired Air Force veteran with a lifelong passion for science, skincare, and helping others feel confident in their skin. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Delaware State University in 2016, providing a strong scientific foundation for her approach to skin health and patient care.

In 2021, Kat followed her passion for skincare and became a Licensed Esthetician through the Cinta Aveda Institute. She later earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Brookline College in 2023.

Kat's own experiences with skin concerns inspired a personal interest that has grown into a true passion. She is committed to continually expanding her knowledge of skincare science, staying current with research and treatment modalities, and helping clients better understand their skin so they can make informed decisions about their care.

Outside of Radiant Rituals, Kat loves spending time with her husband and three daughters, along with their dog, cat, and bearded dragon. She also enjoys cooking and sharing meals with the people she loves.

Beyonnce is a Licensed Esthetician and proud graduate of Paul Mitchell the School, with two years of professional experience in skincare. Her passion for skin health began at just 13 years old and has grown into a commitment to continually learning, expanding her knowledge, and helping others feel confident in their skin.

Beyonnce believes that beauty starts with authenticity and the confidence that comes from feeling good in your own skin. Her goal is to create a welcoming experience while helping each client work toward their individual skin health goals and embrace what makes them uniquely themselves.

Outside of the treatment room, Beyonnce enjoys spending time with the people she loves — and you can usually find her enjoying a fresh sushi roll.

Alyssa is a Licensed Esthetician with a background rooted in esthetics, holistic wellness, and whole-body care. Her approach to skincare is shaped by her belief that beautiful, healthy-looking skin is best supported through both professional treatments and intentional daily rituals.

With a passion for the art and science of skincare, Alyssa blends professional treatments with her knowledge of holistic wellness to create experiences that are personalized, results-driven, and restorative. She takes the time to understand each client's skin, lifestyle, and goals, allowing every treatment to be thoughtfully tailored to the individual.

Her wellness background has cultivated a natural appreciation for ritual, touch, and the connection between how we care for ourselves and how we feel in our skin. She believes a treatment should be more than an appointment — it should be an opportunity to pause, restore, and reconnect.

For Alyssa, true luxury is found in the details: intentional touch, exceptional products, thoughtful technique, and feeling genuinely cared for. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling renewed, confident, and beautifully at home in their skin.
