Does my membership balance roll over?
Yes. For monthly memberships (The Ritual, The Radiance, The Concierge, and Founding Concierge), your monthly payment is added to your balance, and unused funds roll over from month to month and never expire. The Ritual Society is an annual membership — the $99 fee provides access to benefits and does not become account credit.
Do sauna membership sessions roll over?
No. Sauna membership sessions are separate from primary Radiant Rituals memberships. Sauna sessions must be used within the same month and do not roll over.
What services are included in the membership discount?
The membership percentage discount applies to eligible services including IV Therapy, Peptide Therapy, Skincare Treatments, Venus Versa Pro, and Venus Nova. Discounts apply to eligible individual sessions, treatment series, and packages. The Ritual Society includes a 5% discount on eligible services including facials, chemical peels, and IV therapy.
What is excluded from the membership discount?
The primary membership percentage discount does not apply to Toxin (Botox), Dermal Fillers, GLP-1 Weight Management Programs, UV Tanning + Red Light Therapy, or Spray Tanning. The Founding Concierge membership offers our Concierge-level benefits — 20% off eligible services, 10% off retail, a rolling monthly balance, exclusive injectable pricing, and invitations to members-only events — at $200/month for your first 12 months (regularly $249/month). It is available exclusively to our first 25 founding members. After 12 months, the membership returns to $249/month. Contact us to check availability.
